Nawigacja problem z uruchomieniem

Ja jestem bardziej zaskoczony że ten "stary" system nie sprawdza CID. W VAGach zabawy z CIDem są od początku lat 2000.

Jakiś czas temu korespondowałem z dostawcą map do nawigacji fabrycznej, firmą Naviextras, w temacie nie otrzymywania mailingu z informacją o aktualizacji map. Ot taki już jestem, że lubię drążyć temat, dopóki nie znajdę jakiegokolwiek rozwiązania. Na początku nie zakminili, o co mi chodzi i poprosili o przesłanie katalogu z plikami licencyjnymi. Skoro prosili, co nie miało sensu w kontekście przedmiotu mojego problemu, to przesłałem. Jednak ów katalog pochodził z wykonanej metodą kopiuj-wklej karty zapasowej :> Oczywiście stwierdzili, że nie ma zgodności karty z plikami licencji i zarzekali się, że karta nie powinna działać. A jednak działała :) A zatem potwierdzam, że w starszych rocznikach modelowych, system nawigacyjny nie jest wrażliwy na nr CID. Wklejam korespondencję z supportem Naviextras, jeśli ktoś ma ochotę rozkminiać koślawy inglisz (istotne dla wątku fragmenty wytłuściłem):

As we can see the factory license does not connect to your SD card. Is it possible that you have replaced the original navigation SD card previously? If yes, please let us know if you replaced it to another original SD card or to a third-party one?

If you receive any error message in the Mazda Update Toolbox, please send us a photo of it.

You can subscribe to our newsletters on the following screen in the Mazda Update Toolbox after the successful device recognition and login: "Main Menu (three horizontal lines) – Account – Notifications – select Subscribe to newsletter – Next".

Hello!

I do not receive any error message in the Mazda Update Toolbox. Moreover, I do not have any problems with updates. The only problem is I do not receive newsletters with notification about the new map update, despite the subscription box in the Mazda Toolbox is checked. I even tried to restore this functionality on my own by unchecking and checking this box again (after restarting the app) to eliminate any possible problems and the newsletter still did not arrive.
Let's note that this is the second identical proposal to solve this problem that you have sent in response. (The first was on February 16, 2024).

In response to the first comment. Yes, I made a copy of the original SD card in case I could not use the original for various reasons (e.g. card failure, theft, loss). Do you think this is improper practice? I am a cautious person and for me it is simply proactive. Does the fact I am using a copy of the original SD card on the third-party one have anything to do with the fact that I am not receiving the newsletter?

Thank you for your reply and the provided information.

Due to digital copyright, our software will only run from its original location (off the original manufacturer-supplied SD card). It is not possible to copy the contents onto another card.

We have checked with our responsible department and they have informed us that Naviextras does not send newsletters regarding the map updates of your navigation device, as it is handled by Mazda itself. We could advise you to subscribe to the newsletters on the regional website of Mazda if you would like to receive them.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for the reply.

Please check if everything is OK with the license folder (attached) from the original SD card that I received from the dealer when I purchased the car.

Regarding the lack of a newsletter with notifications about a new map update, please find attached the update notification email (in eml format) I received on 11/20/2020.

As we can see in the attached license folder every license connects correctly to the SD card.

Based on the attached newsletter you are correct, the attached 2020 one was indeed sent by Naviextras, but in the meantime, the newsletters sending was taken over by Mazda Europe, which is why we could advise you to subscribe to the newsletters on the regional website of Mazda if you would like to receive them.
