Also the rest of the parts / soldering points etc. seem to be OK. There are no noticeable defects.
As you can see the whole converter consists of 2 highly integerated circuit boards – going any deeper without schematics is nearly impossible. So I am afraid for now there is nothing I can do to isolate the maloperation any further.
