Witam – posiada ktoś takową rozpiskę?? Chciałem ostatni wymienić olej w automatycznej skrzyni biegów, ale zadzwoniłem w 2 miejsca i dowiedziałem się że... ta nie takie proste.
Wg. serwisantów jest na tą okoliczność procedura , jak spytałem jaka to usłyszałem – 350zł.

Wg serwisu nie ma procedury wymiany oleju w skrzyni.
Wg rozumu jest. W skrzyni jest ok 7 l oleju , po odkręceniu kurka schodzi ok 3 l i tyle wymieniasz w Polsce.
Wg amerykanów można wymienić więcej zdejmując miskę i wymieniając filtr, ale u nas zakłady twierdzą, że filtr jest wymieniany przy remoncie skrzyni.
Ja wymieniam zawsze z filtrem co 30 k spuszczam olej i odkręcam dekiel – filtr kupuję za ok 200 zł z przesyłką z usa (szukać na ebay) olej ok 6-7 litrów leję zawsze AMSOIL Signature Series Multi-Vehicle Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid. Na razie nie mam żadnych problemów ze skrzynią.
CX-9 z 2010 r 130 k przejechane wymiana oleju już 4x i 3x w skrzynce transmisyjnej i dyferencjale. Na razie nie mam problemów z napędem i mam nadzieję, że mieć nie będę.
W skrzyni olej nie jest tak ważny jak w skrzynce transmisyjnej wg niektórych tak jest zaprojektowana, że przy takim silniku po prostu oleju jest tam za mało i trzeba wymieniać częściej, a że idzie tam 75w140 to można sobie wyobrazić jakie tam są obciążenia. W serwisie też nie wymieniają (przynajmniej w moim) i sam muszę to robić.
Najlepiej poczytaj na http://www.mazdas247.com tam jest kilka tematów o oleju.

jest na pewno procedura wymiany oleju bez demontowania osprzętu – gość który robi skrzynię aut. mówił że robi się takie rzeczy – jest jakaś procedura ( coś z b. wstecznym sie włącza i czeka , ale tez potrzebny jest program do jakieś tam "stabilizacji" , czy adaptacji- serwis oczywiście nic nie wie , nic nie umie itd..

I jest procedura – widocznie serwis serwisowi nierówny. Tradycyjnie Opole stanęło na wysokości zadania i mi pomogło – pełny szacunek dla tego punktu i pomoc którą zawsze od nich otrzymuję. <jupi>

Poniżej wklejam procedurę – byłbym wdzięczny gdyby ktoś ogarnięty w j. ang. technicznym rozjaśnił tą procedurę... <czytaj>
Głównie mam wątpliwości co do zasilania akumulatora ( odłączane jest) , zastosowania komputera ( czy jest niezbędny)DLC-2 , oraz... kurcze – więcej mam pytań . Może ktoś to sensownie wytłumaczy.
Nie wiem jak załadować wersje z grafiką – jak ktoś potrzebuje to podeślę na maila... <ok>

2013 – CX-9 – Transmission/Transaxle

AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID (ATF) REPLACEMENT [AY6A-EL, AY6AX-EL]

WARNING:

· A hot transaxle and ATF can cause severe burns. Turn off the engine and wait until they are cool before changing the ATF.

CAUTION:

· Do not remove the blind cap because it is not a removable part.

NOTE:

· The following procedure is for draining the ATF from the oil pan, not for complete replacement of the ATF.

1. Remove the overflow plug, and the O-ring.

2. Remove the overflow tube, and the gasket, and drain the ATF.

3. Install the new gasket, and overflow tube.

Tightening torque

· 24—54 N·m {2.5—5.5 kgf·m, 18—39 ft·lbf}

4. Temporarily tighten the overflow plug reusing the O-ring.

5. Adjust the ATF level. (See AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID (ATF) LEVEL ADJUSTMENT [AY6A-EL, AY6AX-EL].)



2013 – CX-9 – Transmission/Transaxle

AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID (ATF) LEVEL ADJUSTMENT [AY6A-EL, AY6AX-EL]

CAUTION:

· Adjust the ATF level when the ATF is at the appropriate temperature (between 37 °C {99 °F} and under 47 °C {117 °F}).

· For a low amount of ATF flowing from the overflow hole, the fluid level is not adjusted to the specification because the fluid that has accumulated in the overflow tube is what has flowed from the hole.

· Do not remove the blind cap because it is not a removable part.

ATF Replenishment

1. Remove the fresh-air duct and air cleaner installation bolts and slide the fresh-air duct and air cleaner as a single unit to the vehicle front. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI-3.7].)

2. Remove the filler plug and the O-ring.

3. Add ATF from the filler plug hole.

NOTE:

· If the transaxle is newly replaced, ATF replenishment is not necessary because ATF is charged to the maximum level.

· Mazda Genuine JWS3309

ATF capacity (approx. quantity)

· 6.6 L {7.0 US qt, 5.8 Imp qt}

ATF replenishment amount

· Replacing the oil hose: 0.3 L {0.3 US qt, 0.3 lmp qt}

· Replacing the torque converter: 2.6 L {2.7 US qt, 2.3 lmp qt}

· Replacing the drain plug, oil pipe component (transaxle side), control valve body cover and control valve body: 6.1 L {6.4 US qt, 5.4 lmp qt}

· Disassembling/assembling the transaxle: 6.1 L {6.4 US qt, 5.4 lmp qt}

4. Temporarily tighten the filler plug reusing the O-ring.

5. Go to “ATF Level Adjustment”. (See ATF Level Adjustment.)

ATF Level Adjustment

Using M-MDS

CAUTION:

· Adjust the ATF level when the ATF is at the appropriate temperature (between 37 °C {99 °F} and under 47 °C {117 °F}).

NOTE:

· Be careful not to perform the following when performing “ATF Level Adjustment”.

§ Do not stop the engine.

§ Do not drive the vehicle.

§ Position the vehicle on level ground.

1. Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

2. Verify the ATF temperature using the PID/DATA monitor function “TFT”. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM DTC INSPECTION [AY6A-EL, AY6AX-EL].).

· High temperature (47 °C {117 °F} or more)

· Appropriate temperature (between 37 °C {99 °F} and under 47 °C {117 °F})

· Low temperature (less than 37 °C {99 °F})

3. Start the engine.

4. Warm up the engine while idling it until the ATF temperature reaches the lower limit of 37 °C {99 °F}.

5. Perform the following procedure.

NOTE:

· Perform the following procedure immediately because the ATF temperature will exceed the appropriate temperature (between 37 °C {99 °F} and under 47 °C {117 °F}).

· Shift the selector lever to each positions and hold for 2 s or more.

a. Shift the selector lever to the P position.

b. Shift the selector lever in the order of P position→R position→N position→D position.

c. Shift the selector lever in the order of D position→N position→R position→P position.

d. Shift the selector lever in the order of P position→R position→N position→D position.

e. Shift the selector lever in the order of D position→N position→R position→P position.

6. Remove the overflow plug and the gasket while leaving the engine idling.

7. Verify that ATF flows from the overflow hole.

10. Apply ATF to a new O-ring and install it on the overflow plug.

Tightening torque

1. 5.9—8.8 N·m {61—89 kgf·cm, 53—77 in·lbf}

12. Wipe off ATF remaining on the overflow plug.

13. Stop the engine.

14. Install a new O-ring and filler plug.

Tightening torque

1. 24—54 N·m {2.5—5.5 kgf·m, 18—39 ft·lbf}

15. Install the fresh-air duct and air cleaner component as a single unit. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI-3.7].)

16. Connect the negative battery cable.

Using ATF temperature display mode

NOTE:

· Perform the procedure for switching to the ATF temperature display mode within 3 min. If the procedure is not completed within 3 min, the switching procedure is cancelled.

· If the flashing of each light cannot be verified as according to the procedure while switching to the ATF temperature display mode, the switching procedure has failed. Repeat the procedure from the beginning.

1. Engage the parking brake and use wheel chocks at the front and rear of the wheels.

2. Perform the following and verify that the gear position indicator light flashes 2 times.

a. Switch the ignition to ACC.

b. Turn the A/C switch off.

c. Depress the brake pedal with the left foot and hold it in that condition (continue to depress the brake pedal until Step 5 is completed).

d. Shift the selector lever from the P position to the M position.

e. Depress the accelerator pedal with the right foot all the way down and hold it in that condition (continue to depress the brake pedal until Step 4 (3) is completed).

f. Shift the selector lever to the M (+) or M (–) and hold it in that condition.

g. Switch the ignition ON (engine off).

h. Verify that the gear position indicator light flashes 2 times after approx. 5 s.

3. Perform the following procedure and verify that the N position display of the selector indicator light flashes 2 times.

NOTE:

· Slowly and firmly shift the selector lever operation.

a. Shift the selector lever in the order of M position→D position→N position→R position→P position.

b. Shift the selector lever in the order of P position→R position→N position.

c. Remove the right foot from the accelerator pedal.

d. Verify that the N position display flashes 2 times.

4. Perform the following procedure and verify that the AT warning light flashes 2 times.

a. Start the engine.

b. Shift the selector lever quickly between the N position and the D position for 6 s or more.

c. Verify that the AT warning light flashes 2 times.

5. Perform the following procedure and verify that the P position display flashes.

NOTE:

· Shift the selector lever to each positions and hold for 2 s or more.

a. Shift the selector lever to the P position.

b. Shift the selector lever in the order of P position→R position→N position→D position.

c. Shift the selector lever in the order of D position→N position→R position→P position.

d. Shift the selector lever in the order of P position→R position→N position→D position.

e. Shift the selector lever in the order of D position→N position→R position→P position.

f. Verify that the TCM switches to the ATF temperature display mode via the P position display flashing.

6. Verify the ATF temperature using the P position display flashing pattern.

NOTE:

· Finish the "ATF temperature display mode" when any one of the following conditions is met:

§ Switch the ignition to ACC or off

§ Vehicle speed is 3 km/h {2 mph} or more

§ Malfunction occurs in transaxle

Osobiście zrobię to tak jak na filmie – przynajmniej jest wytłumaczenie dlaczego w korku spustowym jest "śruba w śrubie". Na innym filmie gość zaleca po wymianie przejechać się 1 milę i powtórzyć operację wymiany od nowa – trochę upierdliwe ale faktycznie wymiana będzie 101%
Pozdrawiam

Tylko wymiana dynamiczna pozwoli wymienić ponad 90% oleju w skrzyni.
Jest przeprowadzana na pracującej skrzyni i jeszcze płukana środkami do tego przeznaczonymi.
Wymiana statyczna (przez korek zlewowy) pozwoli Ci wymienić od 50-70% oleju.

Biorąc pod uwagę znajomość tematu przez fachowców wykonujących dynamiczną wymianę oleju, wybieram częstszą wymianę "statyczną" niż źle i rzadko zrobioną wymianę "dynamiczną". Skoro nawet nasi koledzy z USA odradzają wymianę dynamiczną bo skrzynie CX-9 tego nie lubią to chyba coś w tym jest. W końcu CX-9 jeździ u nich kilka tysięcy razy więcej niż w Polsce

Może masz racje zobaczymy jak będzie u mnie po wymianie dynamicznej.
Mam przebieg 240 tys. i chyba nigdy nie był wymieniany olej w skrzyni przez poprzedniego właściciela.
ASO tego nie robiło, bo Mazda nie przewidziała interwałów wymiany (mam historie z Mazdy do 200.tys)
Podczas dynamicznej wymiany u mnie wtłoczyli 10 litrów i dalej kolor był mocno ciemny tego wypychanego oleju. Dopiero po wtłoczeniu kolejnych 4 litrów kolor był zbliżony zatem poszły jeszcze 4, żeby całość była wymieniona.
Wcześniej był podany środek do płukania liqui moly.
Skrzynia chodzi jakby delikatniej chociaż powiem, że i przy tym przebiegu i czarnym oleju nie było z nią jakiś problemów. Zdarzały się delikatnie szarpnięcia ale nie były jakieś powtarzalne, bo nawet nie zapamiętałem przy których biegach.
Jedyne co to podczas kickdownu z takiego z 5 na 2 przy próbie wyprzedzania i później z powrotem na 5, bo np. zrezygnowałem z wyprzedzania to maiłem raz może dwa taki przypadek, że mocniej coś stuknęło.

Tak jak "obiecałem" w poprzednim poście, wymieniłem olej jak w filmiku, którego link zamieszczałem. Spuszczany olej (po przebiegu 90k km) był czarny ale pod światło w stróżce spuszczanego oleju widać było "przebłyski czerwieni". Na wymianę zużyłem 4 litry (bez 100 gram) oryginalnego oleju Mazdy. Zakupiłem 8 litrów oleju bo następną wymianę planuję po przejechaniu 1000 km. Z moich obliczeń wynika, że tym sposobem, po dwóch etapach w skrzyni będzie ok. 75% świeżego oleju. Następne dwuetapowe wymiany planuję robić co 30k km).
Po pierwszym etapie wymiany zmniejszyło się (w moim subiektywnym odczuciu) "wycie skrzyni". Teraz słyszę miłe buczenie silnika a nie dźwięki ze skrzyni.

Olej w skrzynce rozdzielczej wymieniłem 2 miesiące temu i niedługo wkręcam korek spustowy do skrzynki.
