Mazda 323 BJ 2.0 ditd – smog and no power.

Hi All
I am Özgür and writing from Turkey.I am user for Mazda 323 bj 2.0 ditd 74kw vehicle.
There is lots of black smoke by this vehicle for more than 2800 – 3000 rpm and this vehicle can’t be increased 140 km/h and 3000 rpm in 5.gear. Also, when it is in this speed, you can see lots of black smoke and this causes the traction decreasing.
Nobody can understand this issue because of this vehicle does not become in Turkey.
Processes that were made to vehicle like below;
-EGR Valve Canceled
-Turbo revised
-Flowmeter (Maf) sensor changed
-Catalytic cleaned
-Air filter changed
-Fuel Filter changed
-Timing belt changed (cents’ adjusments were made and it is good)
-Clutch Kit changed
-Brake center changed
-Last one , Pressure sensor of fuel pump leaks little bit
PLease help me, I am waiting your advices …

Hi. Did You try connect your car to OBD2 and did you check, that your ecu don't have have any error codes?
Do you see any smoke when you start car? Car already lose power over 3000? Your car get oil? Did you see different on fuel consumption?

Yes i have connected car to the obd and there was no error code
There is no smoke when i started the engine,Especially on fifth gear car does not go on over 3000 and when i try to change shifts i can feel the traction problems
When i go over 2500 , i have smoke problem,And consumption more than the normal @maestro81

hello, try replacing the pressurest sensor or fuel pump as if it's leaking will most likely be causing this problem otherwise try cleaning the throttle body with throttle body cleaner hope this helps

Are these injector problems.these problems caused by injectors or not ?

also might be when you go over the rpm oil could be getting into the combustion chamber causing the black smoke and this could be making the balance of air and fuel change causing a misfire hence the loss of power
