Engine stalls with Air Condition on (issue) – Solved

Hi everybody. I prefer to write in English. For the first, many greetings to all EMM2005 attendees, we are now in the plannig phase to EMM2007

Back to my problem.
Car: Mazda Xedos 9 2.3 Miller Cycel Engine with AT and AC.

My car was at the oficial Mazda service in Bratislava, they replaced the oxyngen sensor (lambda sonda). After the visit, the car is no more tha car as before.

First need to be mensioned, I have the screenshots form computer, both oxygene sensors are working right, my idle rpm is set to 650 rpm.

Where's the problem?

When I am in drive mode "D" or "R" position on AT (D=Drive, R=Reverse), and I have air condition runnig, when I stop my car (e.g. on crossroad), engine stalls. This is new situation after the service visit, year ago till today, everything was OK, nothing similar happens. When I have AC switched off, rpm seems to be around 650 rpm. But when I switch the AC on, rpm drops down by approximately 300 rpm, little bit over the first thick line. But when I'm in drive mode, it drops dow under the thickline and engine stalls.

Is there anybody with some experience in such issue?

Auto było w autoryzowanym serwisie w Bratysłwie, wymieniono sondę lambda, ale nic się nie zmieniło.

Mam screenshot z komputera i obie sondy lambda są w porządku, obroty biegu jałowego 650rpm

Kiedy przełącze skrzynie na D lub R i klimatyzacja jest właczona to gdy się zatrzymam np. na światłach, silnik gaśnie. Jest to nowa sytuacja od wizyty w serwisie , rok temu wszystko było OK nic podobnego się nie działo. Kiedy AC jest wyłączone obroty wynoszą 650 rpm, po włączeniu AC spadają do 300 , nieco ponad pierwszą cienką kreską (na obrotomierzu). Ale w trybie DRIVE obroty spadają poniżej tej kreski i auto gaśnie.
Czy ktoś doświadczył podobne problemy?

jeśli jest tam boczna przepustnica powietrza, która reguluje obroty silnika pod różnym obiązeniem, to doszukiwałbym sie problemu w jej sterowaniu, impulsy z komputera silonika sterują silnikiem krokowym, . na biegu silnik jest pod wiekszym obciązeniem i przepustnica powinna sie wiecej otwierac, a tego nie robi.chyba a jesli przystosowanie obrotów do obciązenia odbywa się przez zmiane kąta zapłonu ? nie wiem co poradzic.. może mu podmienili coś , albo celowo odpieli jakis czujnik zeby nabić sobie kase przy nasteopnej wizycie

I no:

1.Disconnect baterry ("–") for 5-10 minutes.
2.Depress main break pedal 5 times.
3.Connect battery
4.Start engine.
5.Set A/C on auto.
6.Shifter on P
7.When engine temerature is in normal (90 C) set shifter to D (depressing main break peadl) 1-2 minutes.
8.Run slowly to 50-60 km/h.
9.Decrease speed (slowly) and stop car (gently).

repeat steps 2 times

1-3 I understand, reset of ECU. Next steps I understand, but what is the effect of this? New ECU parameters? Or what?

And is it working? Because, you know, this takes time, I cannot imagine how much, but it seems to be the huge amount of time to do that Or, if I need to repeat steps 4-9 3 times, is it not neccessary to cold the engine? Can I repeat the steps imediatelly?

Additional info:

BAC Valve is good. Somebody in the authorized Mazda service in Bratislava disconnected the 2 hoses from the valve and did not take it back !

I hate such amateurism!!!
