Buying a Mazda might be challenging.

Good day, everyone! I've been saving for a new Mazda for the past few months. I now drive a 2006 Mazda 3 and believe it is time for an update. However, I have no experience purchasing a new car from a dealership because all of my previous vehicles were used. I'm from Canada, and I'd like some advice on how to go about doing this because I'm completely lost. Would I have to order the Mazda 3 for the years 2021 and 2022 from the factory? Will my dealership be able to locate one? I intend to finance, so I'm now saving for a down payment, with a target of $10,000.
